Manufacturing Integrator

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as production, OFM, engineering, WH and quality assurance) to streamline manufacturing processes. Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to meet production targets. MCSD/MCD risk assessment and prioritization of PM Completion Ship risk assessments to MCSD of tools in WIP. Provide missed notification along with root cause and projected recommit dates of completion. PM tracking on parts shortages, parts borrowed, SW and Golden Unit. Facilitate communication between different teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive lean manufacturing practices. Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience in manufacturing or production management. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Knowledge in SAP, Excel, Power Point and PowerBi Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English Proven stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders or customers in technical matters.
