Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~10 specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Ensure that the tasks being performed in the shift are in accordance with LAM's safety policies. Provide hands-on training to new and existing team members; maintain and update the training tracker regularly. Create and revise SOPs to ensure alignment with evolving operational needs and safety standards. Actively support team operations and lead by example. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field. Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams of 10+ people. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel expertise is a must. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, implement process improvements, and identify strategic opportunities to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cleanroom environment. Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or GMP principles. Experience with Kardex automated material storage systems. Experience with safety protocols and PPE management. Software proficiency in inventory or project management tools (e.g., SAP, Smartsheet, Power BI). Manage reclaim frequency and spares inventory based on lab demand and usage trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean principles and drive process improvements. Ensure secure handling, storage, and tracking of customer wafers and IP. Assist in investigations and corrective actions for any IP violations. Facilitate meetings to communicate IP-related updates and risks. Analyze and report any gaps or improvements opportunities to better manage customer inventory. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to leadership. Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Implement and maintain a robust shift pass-down process to ensure seamless communication.
