Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain PCB Imaging systems.
- Review setup instructions, blueprints, and work orders to determine image requirements and machine settings.
- Clean PCB panels and prepare them for the imaging process.
- Load and unload PCB panels onto imaging machines, ensuring proper alignment, and securing.
- Apply photo-imageable materials to PCB surfaces.
- Inspect finished panels for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, and quality inspection results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with imaging equipment or processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and schedules.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills for operating machine controls.
- Preferably experience operating imaging equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferably with a good understanding of PCB manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
