Imaging/Cleanroom Technician

R&D Circuits a member company of Advantest America, Inc., which is wholly owned by Advantest Corporation (a Tokyo Stock Exchange listed company). For over 50 years, R&D Circuits has been a leader in the printed circuit board industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain PCB Imaging systems.
• Review setup instructions, blueprints, and work orders to determine image requirements and machine settings.
• Clean PCB panels and prepare them for the imaging process.
• Load and unload PCB panels onto imaging machines, ensuring proper alignment, and securing.
• Apply photo-imageable materials to PCB surfaces.
• Inspect finished panels for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, and quality inspection results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with imaging equipment or processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and schedules.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for operating machine controls.
• Preferably experience operating imaging equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferably with a good understanding of PCB manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
