Responsibilities also include maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all bench area related equipment. Adhere to safety procedures and area work rules, including proper PPE, lockout, and chemical safety protocols. Clean, repair, maintenance, troubleshoot, rebuild, and test semiconductor equipment subassemblies and bench area related equipment. Document completed work in the equipment tracking program with precision. Develop and update detailed technical procedures related to supported subassemblies. Complete failure analysis and reports for subassemblies not meeting expected performance. A minimum of 3 years of semiconductor equipment-related experience including working with Sub-assemblies. Experience and ability to safely work with chemicals using appropriate PPE and following safety procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with approachability, responsiveness, teamwork capabilities, strong collaboration skills, and good interpersonal skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques and maintain ergonomic correctness. An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in electronics, mechanical, or a related field. Strong Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills to address electrical and mechanical failures. Knowledge of vacuum systems and leak checking techniques.
