Provide suggestions for process and procedure improvement to drive continuous enhancements. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. Effective at solving problems with a demonstrated capacity to investigate and evaluate data. Ability to follow detailed instructions strictly and work independently with mentorship. Basic technical judgment and analytical capabilities. Experience in a similar engineering role. Familiarity with memory and storage solutions. Proven track record of successful implementation of technical projects. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
