Develop, implement, and maintain site-level EHS management systems in compliance with local regulations and corporate standards. Lead internal and external audits for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance and continuous improvement. Conduct routine site inspections and risk assessments to identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions. Investigate EHS incidents, assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions implementation. Provide EHS training programs to employees, contractors, and new hires. Formulate, plan, and promote BCP and site and emergency preparedness initiatives, including drills and scenario-based exercises.. Manage contractor safety programs, including qualification review, permit-to-work systems, and on-site supervision. Monitor and report EHS KPIs, trends, and performance metrics. Manage changes to assess potential EHS impacts. Communicate with regulatory agencies and prepare documentation for inspections, reports, and compliance filings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws, standards, and industry best practices. Lead or participate in corporate EHS initiatives and cross-site benchmarking. Assist in developing annual EHS plans, including goal setting, budget planning. We are looking for an experienced EHS professional with a strong background in occupational safety and environmental health, preferably with experience in the semiconductor industry. This individual should be capable of independently driving EHS programs, communicating effectively across departments, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. Class B labor safety or health management license required; Class A is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in occupational safety, health, or a related field. Experience in implementing or auditing ISO14001 and ISO45001 management systems. Familiarity with environmental health and safety laws and internal communication practices. EHS support experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus. Basic to intermediate English communication skills (spoken and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), ergonomic risk assessment, and hazard prevention. Strong knowledge in electric shock and electrical fire hazard prevention. Minimum 5 years of work experience in Class I industry OS&H functions.
