Strategic Leadership: Support the vision and plan for artificial intelligence and analytic insights within Finance, consistent with enterprise transformation goals. Innovation Delivery: Own the composition and deployment of intelligent solutions that automate processes, improve forecasting, and optimize financial performance. Collaborate with AI, IT, and business collaborators to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver scalable solutions. Data-Driven Decision Support: Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that influence strategic direction. Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and finance technologists. Change Management: Encourage the use of AI and analytics solutions across Finance by effectively communicating, training, and engaging with collaborators. Demonstrated success leading projects involving innovative technology and sophisticated data analysis in the Finance industry at a global company. Deep understanding of financial systems, data architecture, and innovative technologies (e.g., ML, NLP, RPA). Strong business insight with the ability to translate technical capabilities into financial value. Proven success in handling cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Outstanding communication and collaborator coordination skills. Experience with packaged solutions (e.g., Moveworks, MS Copilot, UIPath) and enterprise applications is helpful. Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and talent development. Master's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related fields, MBA or equivalent experience preferred. At least 15 years of professional background in Finance, Accounting, Systems, or similar domains within a sizable and intricate company, with a preference for high-tech sectors Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in finance fields, including management of systems and processes, ideally in globally dispersed teams
