Diffusion Staff Process Engineer Lead

Lead and implement cost reduction strategies with a target of 12% YOY. Skillfully handle the transition of new products to achieve seamless integration. Develop and optimize CIP process recipes to sustain flawless production lines. Coach and mentor team members through one-on-one sessions, encouraging a growth mindset. Strictly monitor and secure SPC inline performance to maintain high-quality standards. Engineering degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience. Proven experience in diffusion/implant processes within the semiconductor industry. Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities. Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to determine and implement effective process improvements. Master's degree in Engineering or a related area. Extensive experience with XP8 processes. Proven track record of spearheading cost-cutting efforts in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with advanced SPC techniques and process controls. Strong track record of leading teams to achieve world-class operational performance.
