You'll join a high-performing and encouraging team and report to the editor-in-chief of Digital Publications. Write, curate, edit, and publish multimedia content across our intranet, internal channels, our external blog, and YouTube channel to tell Lam's story as a technology innovator, a critical leader in the semiconductor industry, and a great place to work. Support the corporate functions and regional comms teams with storytelling and consultation that supports their comms strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to create business and cultural stories that build belief in Lam's technology, culture, and brand. Inspire employees and audiences through creative content. Use data and analytics to iterate and innovate how stories are told and delivered. A sincere desire to succeed, grow, and evolve on a demanding and innovative team. Outstanding written and verbal skills and excitement for storytelling. Minimum of three to five years of experience in communications, journalism, storytelling, or a related field. A knack for translating complex subjects into simple and effective language across various mediums for a global audience. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to persuade and inspire others through rhetoric and data. Dexterity in working both autonomously and collaboratively. The ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects and to change direction on the fly. The capacity to work quickly and decisively. A growth mindset and a hunger to experiment with new ways of storytelling. Willingness to accept feedback and constructive criticism. An eye for detial. Experience in the semiconductor industry
