Business Operations Analyst 4

Perform financial analysis to identify inefficiencies and influence decisions in support of corporate initiatives Develop cost models to enable strategic planning Partner with Business Operations to identify and support or drive profitability initiatives and projects Prepare and publish reports creating visibility to trends Identify and lead business process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency Prepare and present reports to senior management to drive decision making Build trusted business relationships, gain deep understanding of the business, and act as an advisor providing actionable insights from growth opportunities to cost savings Support internal and external compliance related activities Work closely with regional teams to understand specific challenges and pain points Perform financial forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and operational metrics tracking in support of Annual Operating Planning (AOP) Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to labor efficiency, including utilization rates, internal costing, and outsourcing ratios Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Science, or a related field Strong analytical skills and the ability to build and interpret complex data models Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload; effective multi-tasking skills are vital Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain business partner relationships at all levels of the organization Master's degree preferred Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and/or field service organization Experience working in a global organization with diverse teams
