Job Description:

岗位职责

• 了解品牌营销机制扩大MPS的品牌影响力
• 主导品牌推广内容产生和传播包括但不限于新闻稿、文章、视频、邮件、会议等
• 了解新媒体运营能与平台及相关KOL及时互动并扩大品牌影响力
• 主导并举办各类品牌推广活动例如媒体发布会、采访、KOL workshop等
• 推进企业文化相关活动的组织和传播
• 了解业内媒体能与媒体形成良好的互动并有危机管理意识
• 了解数字营销平台能利用数字营销手段吸引目标客户设计推广项目触达相关行业客户并挖掘和分析客户行为
• 熟悉数字营销平台包括GA, Marketo, CMS, SCRM等等分析及总结各类数据挖掘市场机会进一步优化市场推广
• 与部门内部紧密合作的同时与各部门保持紧密联系积极推进市场部的项目落实和推广。

岗位要求

• 3-5年公关和品牌营销经验
• 半导体相关行业从业经验优先
• 市场传播、市场营销、新闻传播专业
• 出色的数字分析和问题解决能力
• 良好的中英文口语和书写能力能与不同国际和地区的不同部门的同事协同合作
• 自驱力强注意细节团队合作能力强
