Review system log files, perform trend analysis, and manage configuration, incident, and problem management processes. Recommend and collaborate with Solution and Enterprise Architects on system or architectural changes to enhance performance, ensure high availability and scalability, or introduce innovative technologies. Ensure architectural consistency and provide technical direction through roadmap planning, knowledge management, and disaster recovery plan development and testing. Create comprehensive documentation for any environmental changes or innovative technology deployments, serving as reference architecture for the global operations team.
