Assembly Equipment Technician

Conduct equipment preventive and predictive maintenance on a regular schedule. Inspect critical equipment parameters daily and weekly. Confirm correct equipment setup and buyoff to maintain product quality standards. Restore equipment operation efficiently to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues in electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment. Disassemble, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment using layout plans, blueprints, manuals, rough sketches, or drawings. Utilize test and diagnostic equipment for checkouts. Rebuild manufacturing equipment when necessary. Carry out equipment modifications under engineer direction. Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical & Electronics. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with interest in a dynamic workplace. Experienced in assembly processes; 2 years in semiconductor manufacturing preferred. Effective data analysis and problem-solving skills using available resources. Fast learner, independent, motivated, and able to work shifts
