The Impact You’ll Make

In this role you will plan, schedule, coordinate, and/or monitor final approval of products through the complete production cycle.  By working with Capacity Management you're responsible to establish production schedules, labor loading, MRP signaling and capacity requirements to ensure customer orders are filled on time.

What You’ll Do

  • Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors Planned orders and Production Orders final approval of products built through the complete production cycle.
  • Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedule; Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces at a minimum with Supply Chain, Production Planning, Engineering, Project Managers, Manufacturing.
  • Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions. Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships. Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. 
  • Works to maintain team performance standards under changing circumstances.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires minimal research.
  • Will be required to create and maintain Planning BOM and Order BOM until the tool is shipped to the customer.
  • Performs other related duties, as required.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, production planning or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP(MM/PP) or similar ERP system
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with a high degree of personal accountability.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines while having an eye for details.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with production planning systems, such as master production schedule & material requirements planning.
  • Ability to successfully interact and coordinate globally across the organization, technical and non-technical.
