This position fulfills a critical role for the Digital Go-to-Market Analytics Team. This function is instrumental in our successful support and maturation of data-driven intelligence at NXP as it relates to the customer journey and solutions selling.
This bright and energetic individual will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with Demand/Lead Generation, Web, Virtual Sales, Marcom, and other teams within the organization to help drive the successful understanding of the customer journey at NXP and its subsequent impact on solutions selling.
This position has primary responsibilities that include:
- Leveraging various data sets from the NXP digital ecosystem to understand journeys, improve customer experience and promote solutions selling
- Providing analysis and recommendations to stakeholders to support website design, demand and lead generation and all other relevant decisions related to the customer experience, customer journey, and solutions selling
- Working strategically with IT and stakeholders (as needed) to successfully expand/improve/maintain data capture and systematic data ingestion from relevant data sources
- Successfully connect data sources to PowerBI for use in the development of data products; dashboards, visualizations, etc.
- Create and maintain PowerBI data products that support analysis, KPIs, diagnostics, etc.
We are specifically seeking someone ambitious and excited by the opportunity to learn the infrastructural fundamentals of our digital data ecosystem, then apply that knowledge to the the study of the customer journey at NXP. This person will have the opportunity to partner with senior Digital Go-to-Market Analytics team members to learn the space and collaborate in our understanding of customer journey and solutions selling intelligence.
This role demands an analytical aptitude and general curiosity about how things work!
The position necessitates a successful candidate come with experience in the following:
- Analysis of various visitors, personas and audiences on NXP.com and throughout the digital ecosystem to understand journeys and improve the customer experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable in communicating directly with various stakeholders within the organization, Marcom, BL
- Experience with communicating and negotiating with stronger senior personalities
- Comfortable working within a shared strategy framework
- Global experience – working with regional teams
- Analytical aptitude
- Proven experience and comfortability with data, data management for purposes of reporting and analysis, usage of enterprise tooling
- Experience with PowerBI data connections and dashboard development/maintenance
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud tools/data (Analytics, Customer Data Platform, Target) and SQL is especially appreciated!
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology or other quantitative discipline.
Experience:
3-5+ years in data management and analysis discipline
1-2+ years in marketing/sales a plus!
