Introduction to the job

Do you have passion for optimizing organizations towards increased performance combined with extensive experience in a high-tech environment? Are you capable of guiding senior management and line management in adopting new ways of working and Agile principles and mindset? Then we look forward to talking to you!

We are recruiting experienced Business Transformation Coaches who will work on deploying a new operating model based on Agile principles and practices in the Development and Engineering (D&E) sector of ASML. This operating model is the sum of best practices in the organization on product development, organizational structure, planning and processes, and people engagement. It is called the ASML Development Model (ADM). The transformation to optimize and synchronize our D&E ways of working to a futureproof and scalable organization already started in 2018, when our D&E organization started to adopt Agile principles and practices. To secure what has made us successful in the past and enable further growth of the organization, both in terms of a diversified product portfolio as well as number of employees, it’s vital that we keep on synchronizing and optimize our ways of working to enable teams to deliver more value, decrease our development times, increase our customer satisfaction, and stay efficient.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
