Meet The team
The IoT Digital Design team is a state-of-the-art IC design team focused on producing world class Wireless MCU SoCs. The architecture specification, design, verification, emulation, and implementation of the Wireless MCU SoCs are all the responsibilities of the IoT Digital team. These SoCs include an embedded CPU system with analog and digital peripherals, advanced security, advanced power management, and best in class radios to support a wide range of wireless IoT applications and standards. We strive to provide advanced technology solutions through innovation in custom RISC-V Cores and AI/ML components.
The position involves deploying modern verification methodology to mixed-signal IP blocks. The qualified candidate should have architected AMS testbenches from scratch and taken it through all stages of execution. The candidate will interact with cross-functional teams to receive specs, debug with real-number models and run mixed mode simulations with SPICE at block and full-chip level. Low power verification knowledge will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of mixed-signal IP verification including spec review, model correlation and integration
- Understand, debug, and maintain analog behavioral models.
- Execute mixed-mode simulations with AMS blocks at SoC and Subsystem level.
- Create, understand, and debug System Verilog Assertions.
- Debug low power designs with UPF annotations.
- Mentor global teams and provide technical leadership for AMS verification.
Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years in Industry experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical and/or Computer Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Mixed Signal verification with RNM and SPICE models.
- Knowledge of mixed signal blocks like ADC, SAR, Sensors, and regulators.
- Familiarity with Verilog, System Verilog, UVM.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Perl, Python, Tcl, shell.
- Knowledge of C Based Testcase development.
The following qualifications will be considered a plus:
- Knowledge of digital design and AMBA AHB/AXI/APB based SoC Architecture.
- Knowledge of high-speed interfaces like Quad/Octa-SPI.
- Advanced verification skill in SVAs, constrained random stimulus and coverage analysis.
- Mentoring and leadership skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $133,500 - $247,928 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
