Job Description:
- Handle full sets of accounts for the Singapore entity (e.g. journals, balance sheet recon, bank recon).
- Liaise with auditors for statutory audit and all tax filings for the local entity.
- Perform daily Accounts Payable duties / Expense Claims / Payments.
- Handle and Maintaining Fixed Asset records in the Oracle (e.g. tagging, transfer, capitalization).
- Meeting with the Fixed Asset requestors on regular basic.
- Review Open PO status.
- Be responsive to presentations and deliverables to corporations in a dynamic environment.
- New System implementation and ad-hoc projects.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of statutory audit experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiar with Oracle is an added advantage.
- Knowing the Fixed Assets concept and related working experiences
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work under stress.
- Good Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Table etc.)
Education:
- Diploma or Degree is preferred or pursuing equivalent with relevant hands-on experience.
