Project Manager - Quality

Your working environment

In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.

Your tasks

  • Managing quality-relevant projects for an entire product group, which includes various sub-projects/work packages
  • Preparing and initiating projects
  • Controlling the projects until the results are realized
  • Developing project plans and monitoring their on-schedule implementation, which also includes resource and budget planning
  • Organizational and technical coordinating of project objectives (across sectors if necessary)
  • Identifying risks, assessing them and actively deriving minimization measures
  • Participating in operational excellence projects
  • Cooperating with other stakeholders from operations, D&D, programs and research in Berlin and Veldhoven

Your qualifications

  • Successfully passed engineering or science degree (master/German diploma)
  • Project management skill level C or equivalent
  • Have basic project management experience
  • Experience in implementing organizational tasks in the technical field
  • Successful managing of "Continuous Improvement (CI) (partial) projects”
  • Proficient in English and German

Your skills

  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently (in conjunction with the group leader)
  • Expertise in the quality sector (SPC, performance management)
  • A structured and goal-oriented way of working
