Quality Engineer Berlin Factory

Your working environment

In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.

Your tasks

• Implementation, maintenance and further development of quality methods, processes and key figures
• Development and documentation of company processes, procedures and methods
• Conducting internal ISO 9001 audits including planning and action tracking
• Planning and support of ISO 9001 certification audits with independent communication with certification bodies
• Analysis of production and business processes as well as planning, management and implementation of factory-wide quality improvement projects
• Implementation and communication of Group quality specifications in the Berlin Factory
• Close cooperation with the various Berlin Factory stakeholders (e.g. Production, Logistics, Engineering & Development and Purchasing), with other departments of the Operational Excellence division and the Quality departments of the ASML Group
• Communication and presentation of key figures and quality assessments at management level
• Implementation of project and subject-specific training programs / workshops in German and English
• Reporting to the Head of Factory Quality in Berlin

Your qualifications

• Completed technical studies (master/diploma preferred)
• Several years of professional experience in an operational/ production-oriented company
• Sound knowledge in the application and implementation of quality methods, ISO9001, process management and process design
• Qualification as an internal auditor according to ISO9001 desirable
• Excellent analytical skills (thinking about processes and trends)
• Experience in managing projects with interdisciplinary teams in an industrial environment
• Very good MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge advantageous
• Fluency in German and English (B2)
