Introduction to the job
Share service take tool management (NPI& HVM) and other task to secure output success. and need TL to leading stakeholder to achieve target success. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Role and responsibilities
·Lead engineers, ensure team output according to plan with quality.
·Able to leading team member to execute task with cross functional collaboration and lead team’s Kaizen.
·Set team direction aligned with TNF FAB priorities and adapt to changes when necessary.
·Capable to lead team to resolve most of issues and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
·Execute 3C behavior in daily operation; Collaborate with colleagues and don’t think in silos; Challenge status quo; Care with actively listening and build a safe work environment.
Ability to identify output challenges with data driven escalation.

1.People Lead experience > 10 years
2.team scope> 5 Engineers

2.schdule Planning and pipeline thinking.
3.6 sigma training and real case in improvement.
