Introduction to the job

For Linkou Factory service lab we are support function to service every production line for chemical process, particle measurement and reticle cleaning. Our spirit and culture is to support every customer to reach the quality and meet the delivery commitment. Welcome people who have enthusiasm to join us.

Role and responsibilities

  • Own operation of Linkou Factory service lab to support current three production line needed to prepare the reticle/wafers.
  • Be able to understand the theory of track, UV1050, SP1/SP3 and sorter
  • Be able to maintain all the tools when trouble shooting, daily PM or QPM or other project.
  • Cooperate with other production line’s engineer to organize what they need and modify current process.
  • Cooperate with stakeholders to execute NPI/IBL projects for new tools and process. Ex. PL,TL, PE, facility, operation engineers
  • Familiar with operation of service lab about process, parts, storage..etc.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor or Master degree in chemical engineering
  • Experienced in the Surfscan SP3 system

Service lab engineer, also known as manufacturing engineer, is the design, development, implementation, operation, maintenance, and control of all processes in the manufacture of a product. Value is added by means of processes such as forming, machining, joining, and assembly.
