The Synopsys Salesforce team is responsible for providing a best in class Salesforce environment by providing top support to our users and developing rich applications using CI/CD processes.

The Salesforce team is seeking a talented Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect to join us in our mission. The candidate will primarily work in Sales Cloud but should also have extensive knowledge of Service Cloud and Community. Your role will be to design solutions using a combination of OOTB and custom development. You will help mentor other team members in their development journey and provide examples as needed. The candidate will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting and developing complex Salesforce solutions, with a deep understanding of best practices and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Design scalable and efficient solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning and growth within the organization.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in technical leadership and/or technology consulting on large enterprise projects around applications architecture.
  • 10+ years of Salesforce development experience along with Salesforce.com Certifications.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture components including sales and service clouds.
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Advanced skills in Salesforce application including configuration, triggers, process builders, workflows, lightning experience, apex coding, batch processes, and database design.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce data model, custom objects, API, governor limits, workflows, and configuration
  • Background in application development using technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with integrating with the Salesforce platform (inbound/outbound) using the BULK/REST/SOAP APIs, Change Data Capture, and Pub/Sub
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect preferred.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Location: Austin, TX

The candidate will be expected to work from the office a minimum 3 days/week.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $118,000 - $176,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
