More than 2000 employees design, prototype, test, and validate integrated circuit and software solutions, and provide finance, human resources, procurement, and sales and marketing support. Today we invite you to join the team and begin your career as a Technical Equipment Group Student Worker. This is a temporary position for a candidate who has not yet graduated and is working towards a relevant degree. A Student employee can do specific work in the area of their future degree. The Studentship is limited in time with the intent to hire into a College Graduate position in the future.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

- Demonstrated discipline, attentiveness to detail, and the capability to work under limited supervision.

- Capable of handling multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines.

- Strong communication skills.

- Demonstrated teamwork and influencing skills.

The person in this position will be responsible for managing specific projects and supporting department tactics and strategic goals. This person will spend most of the time on the production floor, which means on-site presence is required.


Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications:
Must be an active student pursuing a Bachelors, Licenciatura or Master Degree in Mechatronic, Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or related field.
Intermediate Level of English.

Willing to remain as an active student for at least 18 months.
Willing to work on site
Unrestricted Costa Rican work permit

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Problem Solving Methodologies, Data analysis, JMP, SQL, pathfinder, others.
Knowledge LEAN and Six Sigma and statistics.
