Job Summary & Responsibilities
- To apply professional preventive maintenance and repairtechniques to the Company’s products in the field.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer satisfactionmethodologies.
- In chargefor installation, field upgrades andtroubleshooting by providing either on-site or phone supports to customerand direct contact withcustomer personnel.
- Remain the accuracy of the records and reports in the internal systems, such as Oracle.
- Assist customer to complete the installation preparation, for instant the 1:1 template,installation Gantt chart and Move-in.
- Complete a tool installation independently and provide daily update to customer andinternal group.
- Update issue tracking, and execute the actions suggested by Sr. FSE / Principle / HQTPS.
- Perform regular PM and corrective maintenance at customer site.
- Provide training to customer, including theory, subsystem, and basic maintenance.
- Working with FAE to ensure the tool qualification and expedite the production release.
- Carry and turn on cell phone and be able to reach during on duty period.
- Time shift, work after hour and overseas support are required based on the necessity ofbusiness operation.
- Travels by car or commercial transportation to customer facility.
- Communicate with Senior FSE & FAE / Principle / HQ TPS to obtain particularsupport, such as join meeting, conference call, and etc.
- Tracking escalated issue as required.
- Working with FAE and supervisor to pursue tool acceptance (Sign-off) from customer andinitiate final payment processes.
Qualifications
Required Experience and Education:
• Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree
