Role and responsibilities

  • Responsible for annual CIT calculation, reconciliation, including the follow-up working such as related party transaction contemporaneous documentation etc.

  • To maintain good working relationship with the tax bureau, tax consultant and internal/external auditor

  • Responsible for all related reports - i.e. important monitoring company report, etc

  • handle in preparation of tax returns such as VAT, local levy, corporate income tax (CIT), stamp duty, withholding tax, issue Golden Tax System (GTS) etc.

  • Tax Accounts reconciliation and on time clearing of open item.​
  • Prepare required supporting and working paper to meet internal and external tax compliance requirement

  • Work with other functions such as legal entity controller, Asian share service center, the APAC Tax team, third party service providers et.

  • Work on other ad hoc project where required 

Education and experience

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications, CPA would be a plus
  • 4~8 years of accounting/finance experience with a MNC/ with big 4 tax
  • department experience is a plus.
  • Familiar with PRC GAAP, US GAAP
  • SAP knowledge would be a plus

Skills

  • The successful applicant should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should be motivated, independent, a self-starter and a versatile team player ;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
