Job Description

Introduction

The sector Global Manufacturing TwinScan Factory (GMF TF FAB) System Integration (SI) is responsible for assembling complete DUV (Deep Ultraviolet) systems and is looking for a SI Technician.

Job Description

As a Technician in our System Integration department, you will execute the daily operations. You will be part of a team of operators that continuously improve operations in the most efficient way. Furthermore, your tasks can be explained as:

  • Build, apply and share your skills and knowledge to execute the daily operation as part of a team of technicians;

  • Work with a rigorous Safety and Quality mindset to reach agreed specifications and delivery times towards internal and external customers according the latest standards;

  • Commit to the standards and focus on continuously improving them and the production process by looking to eliminate forms of waste (TIM WOODS);

  • Responsible for day-to-day progress and output powered by giving and receiving input in Daily Management meetings on the shop floor and by being pro-actively involved in the process;

  • Effectively and efficiently collaborate with multiple supporting departments within a Natural Team to successfully reach mutual targets;

  • Learn from mistakes by sharing them with the team and come up with a solution in order to prevent them from reoccurring;

  • Key performance indicators: Safety, Quality, on time Delivery, Customer satisfaction, Continuously improving, Cost effectiveness and People engagement.

    Experience and Education

    To help us tackle the technical challenges we face, you have;

    • At least an MBO-3 education and/or background in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Installation & Construction Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering;

    • Experience working in (system) production environment preferred;

    • Good Dutch and English language skills.

    Context of the position

    System Integration (SI) is responsible for assembling, powering on and disassembling ASML’s DUV lithography systems.

    It consists of 120+ Technicians (led by multiple Teamleads) and is one part of the bigger Execution department which comprises the entire production and installation of these systems. Situated in the Twinscan Factory (TF) organization, it is also part of ASML’s substantial Global Manufacturing branch.

    Other information

    Candidate will work in 2-shifts schedule in cleanroom.

    • 2-shifts + weekend;

    • Week days 06:30-15:30 or 15:00-00:00 hours;

    • Weekends once a month from 07:00-16:00 hours.
