Introduction to the job

Customer Quality Manager for JASM and Rapidus

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Role and responsibilities

Customer quality manager reporting to Japan customer team quality manager

- Customer quality advocate from intake management, solution delivery and VOC management

- Gateway of quality issue intake, investigating known issue, defining containment and perform analysis escalation

- Key driver for solution of quality issues in corrective and preventive actions

- VOC management on quality in line with customer priority and ASML Japan CT team support

Education and experience

Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering and more than 10yr experience in quality manager preferred

Skills

Customer Quality Management in semiconductor manufacturing system industry

- Business acumen catching customer production priority and corresponding needs to ASML

- Knowledge on QMS performing all quality issue escalation and operational steps in compliance way

- Excellent command of English and Mandarin is preferred in response to customer needs

- Soft skill and strong mind to collaborate with cross sectoral owners in ASML and suppliers
