As a Senior Project Management Office Project Lead, requires 10+ solid work experience with 3+ years of experience in specific Project Management roles and project delivery. Good knowledge and competence of project management and awareness of the business issues.

Project Portfolio Management

  • Strong accountability, logical & strategic thinking, and good stakeholder management skills to co-work with cross functions to facilitate project progress and results.

  • Independently manage Tainan Factory's breakthrough/ critical projects (Non-Product) by relevant Project Management methodologies, including reporting, risk analysis/ mitigation and using ASML's project management standards and tools.

  • Ability to conduct project planning, understand the context of project problem statement, objectives and end deliverables of each project, mentor Project Team members to fulfill the factory's priorities and strategic goals.

  • Regular project governance to monitor progress and ensure the projects are on the right direction to Tainan Factory's strategic objectives.

  • Capability to draft project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and recommendations.

Footprint Optimization

  • Identify Tainan Factory's future space gaps and develop fulfillment plan with risk analysis and mitigation actions.

  • Mentor team members to develop structural Tainan Factory's footprint expansion plan.

Education and experience

Master, 10+ years work experience and 3+ years in Project Management

Skills

Project Management skills include but not limit to communication, negotiation, stakeholder management skills
