In-Fab Logistics Lead

Introduction to the job

IFL Lead is responsible for managing and coaching a team of ~10 materials handlers and team-leads to deliver materials to engineering teams within the customer facility.

This a 24/7 operation that will require ~50% of time onsite in the customers cleanroom.

The candidate will have full operational responsibility for customer dock areas, onsite inventory and the processes & controls in clean room in our customer site in order to manage the operation.

A key aspect of the role is to develop and empower the team to achieve target within the demanding and fast paced environment.

Role and responsibilities

1.Manage the in-fab materials team to maintain inventory accuracy and full traceability of all materials moving in and out of the customer site.

2.Efficiently manage space in clean room for storage of materials, direct the organization of materials and oversee material handling.

3.Own the onsite inventory thereby being the first point of escalation for material availability issues.

4.Develop and maintain a training program to ensure all team members are fully trained and effective.

5.Identify and implement improvements in coordination with a central program team.

6.Facilitate and coordinate in the planning of materials movements with ASML internal and external stakeholders.

7.Ensure all customer housekeeping requirements are satisfied.

8.Comply with all safety requirements and maintain a strong safety culture in the team. Must have a safety first mentality through proactively speaking up about concerns, following PPE requirements and setting an example for others to follow.

9.Manage manpower capacity planning and performance – day to day and long term.

Education and experience

Bachelors degree required – Engineering or Supply Chain focused

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems preferred (non-specific)

Experience of 5S and lean principles is advantageous

Must have 5 to 10 years of experience in managing a team of 10 to 20 people within in a logistics, operations or production role

Cleanroom  and semiconductor industry experience is a benefit

Other information

※上記は基本級＋賞与の金額。別途残業手当（管理職採用の場合は手当支給無し）、シフト手当を支給（シフト勤務の場合）

業務上の必要により以下に入社後就業場所の変更を行うことがあります。
広島、熊本、岩手、長崎、大分、北海道

所定労働時間は7時間30分（休憩1時間)とし、区分に応じて以下の３通りが選択可能です。
8:30〜17:00、9:00〜17:30、9:30〜18:000

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
