Role and responsibilities

As Management Assistant/Administrator you act as an ambassador for ASML and MSO, both internally & externally. You support the managers in an administrative & organized way, applying proactivity, initiative, discretion and confidentiality, to guarantee an effective and efficient execution of all management support activities. You are the linking pin between your managers, your colleagues and the various ASML departments and other stakeholders. You need to be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and identify issues which require action.

  • In this job you will have to carry out the following activities.

  • Complex and independent calendar, e-mail, and floor management.

  • Meeting preparation and participation.

  • Travel and expense arrangements.

  • Maintain all outsourced activities in one overview.

  • Maintain and execute onboarding, reassignment and offboarding process for co-developer employees.

  • Advise and monitor mandatory documents for onboarding, reassignment and offboarding for co-developer employees.

  • Maintain a list of all co-developer employees.

Education and experience

  • You have a completed bachelor (HBO) or an associate degree

  • At least 2 to 5 years relevant experience as a Management Assistant or in a similar supporting role in an international environment

  • You are fluent in both spoken and written English and Dutch

  • Complex international calendar management experience is a pre

  • A proficient level of operational and support experience

  • Strong organization skills and ability to react to suit operation support requirements, must be able to organize time effectively and prioritize tasks to cope with fluctuating workloads.

  • Able to work on own initiative, make effective decisions and also work as part of a team

  • Good knowledge and ability to facilitate hybrid meetings and events

  • Excellent command of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience working in dynamic international environments

  • Experience working for multiple stakeholders is highly preferred.
