Process Engineer ISA

Your working environment

At our Berlin site, our employees manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems. As part of our precision manufacturing you will support the production of optical components, assemblies as well as systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics for our high-tech small series, single part and prototype production.

Your tasks

• Process responsibility for the ion beam systems including technological support
• Managing and supervising process modifications and optimizations
• Applying statistical process controls (SPC) and managing a continuous improvement process (CIP).
• Preparing work instructions and instruction documents,which includes training our manufacturing staff
• Definition of maintenance schedules as well as supervision and implementation of maintenance/ repair
• Creating specifications as well as providing support in procurement and commissioning of production facilities
• Managing projects to reduce manufacturing costs in series production processes (includes reducing reworking and scrap costs)
• Supervision and technological support of takeover projects from the process and product development departments
• Implementing process-accompanying tests including the corresponding evaluations
• Working with SAP
• Independent working according to cleanroom standards
• Designing, improving and supporting the introduction of new designs within manufacturing (e.g. tooling, peripherals)
• Newly introduced machines, processes and the associated work and
• operating instructions must comply with the applicable occupational safety standards

Your qualifications

• Technical or science degree
• Practical experience in the processing of materials
• Very good applicable statistical knowledge (SPC)
• Good command of English

• Independent, structured way of working
