Measurement Technology Process Engineer - DUV Team

Your working environment

At our Berlin site, our employees manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems. As part of our precision manufacturing you will support the production of optical components, assemblies as well as systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics for our high-tech small series, single part and prototype production.

In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.

Your tasks

  • Support and optimization of our in-process and product qualification measurement technology
  • Ensuring and systematically implementing new measuring processes at the interface between development and production
  • Procuring measuring systems
  • Creating the documents needed for production (e.g. work instructions and formulas)
  • Systematic process analysis and monitoring the critical process parameters
  • Planning, implementing and evaluating measurement system analyses (MSA)
  • Participation in general improvement projects within process technology and manufacturing

Your qualifications

  • Successfully passed engineering or science degree (master/German diploma)
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge in mechanical, optical and/or electrical measuring methods
  • Practical experience in applying QM methods (e.g. FMEA, MSA)
  • Good command of German and English

  • Independent, structured way of working
  • High degree of personal responsibility, diligence, resilience and flexibility
  • Good analytical and communication skills
