Role and responsibilities
The ASML Change Manager secures quality of change implementation planning while minimizing implementation cost and processing time.
Manage quality of change implementation plans while optimizing implementation cost and planning.
Manage quality of impact analysis of changes, to minimize processing time and reliable planning.
Organize and chair cross sector project change board for impact analysis, planning and disposition of changes.
Recognize and advise on scope of changes requests (scope control, new or update change).
Coordinate and coach cross-sector project team on the product change process.
Monitor and control the implementation of approved changes.
Monitor and give feedback on changes being processed according to configuration management policy.
Involved in embedding improvements delivered from configuration management roadmap on operational level.
Prepare Change Request (CRs) and Notifications (CNs) for implementation in development and operations.
Compile requests impacting same documents and same effectivity.
Compile changes in a manner that best achieves end‐item traceability and minimizes implementation costs (verify re‐identification decisions).
Facilitate Full Track and Fast Track Changes.
Prepare agenda and chair the Change Board (CB) meeting managing multiple stakeholders.
Consider workloads prior to releasing Notifications to the CCB for implementation.
Initiate, monitor, and control the implementation of approved CNs.
Drive execution in close alignment with Project Lead(s) and/or Product Development Manager.
Monitor – and intervene – in case of master schedule changes and product definition changes impacting (dependent) notifications.
Safeguards the configuration management policy in daily execution.
Contributes to the further development of configuration management
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Minimum 5 of Years of relevant experience in organizational change management
Experience in a role combining analytical and conceptual skills with business sense
Ability to compile a business case while dealing with many uncertainties
Experience with SAP, AGILE, ORACLE, Teamcenter, NX, or equivalent PLM process
Configuration Management certification (CM-II (Level 1-6) is preferred
PMP Certification is a plus

This position is located on-site in San Diego, CA. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings, and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
A flexible workplace arrangement may be available to employees working in roles conducive to remote work (up to two days a week).
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently $106,125-$176,875. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
