As the Supplier Collaboration Process Expert, you are the business partner that collects, prioritizes and translates the business requirements of Source & Procure. With the Agile Release Train (ART) Sourcing & Supplier Collaboration, you develop and deploy solutions towards the business to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity. The solutions that are delivered by the Agile Release Train focus on process and tooling improvements, enabling ASML and its supplier base to increase efficiency, performance and productivity. To reach this goal, you work together with your stakeholder in business and IT to define the priorities and product roadmap for sourcing and supplier collaboration. Within the SAFe Agile framework, you ensure that solutions are delivered through quarterly increments and bi-weekly sprints.

You execute based on an agreed supplier collaboration improvement roadmap, that is aligned with the business BPO and business architects.

To ensure continuity, you take functional responsibility for the solution, this means you:

  • Define the product vision by research and analysis of the market and stakeholders requirements and develop the roadmap for the product, align with stakeholders, and ensure execution.
  • Align sourcing and supplier collaboration processes and methods x-sector, with interfaces across Source & Procure and Plan & Deliver and Operations
  • Build an active relationship with your stakeholders, to understand business needs and plan the work based on business priorities.
