Deploy and improve standards and business processes for Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) in our semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
Manage the execution of planned modifications using established methodologies.
Understand and maintain the E3 System for Quality driving.
Manage FDC SWAT projects.
Ensure best-known methods (BKM) sharing and alignment across all functional areas and sites.
Proven understanding of a wide variety of applied statistical methods, including statistical sampling methodology, SPC, DOE, and regression analysis.
Develop global FDC metrics for benchmarking performance and track compliance.
Strong project management skills in multi-functional departments and countries.
Proficiency in Tableau, JMP or other analytical tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience:
Minimum B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Mathematics, and/or Engineering with an emphasis in Applied Statistics.
At least 3 years of Quality Engineering experience in the semiconductor industry applying statistical methods.
