Creation of innovative RF and mm-wave circuit designs, pushing the performance of the CMOS transistors and passive devices to their limit to maximize the RF IC performance.
Translating the product requirements into optimal RF topology choices.
Running design simulations to validate product performance using design kit models in realistic topologies
Your high level of creativity combined with your successful experiences will enable you to design advanced solutions adapted to high volume production.
Providing technical support to characterization, test, product and qualification engineers.
Peer reviewing with other designers and cross-functional disciplines.
Your Profile
Bachelor, Masters or PhD degree in Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering
Approximately 5-7 years of experience in IC design, with experience in RF/mmWave design
Experience of High Speed Analog IC design is a plus
Relevant CAD tools (Cadence flow) and IC design methodology experience
Structured IC design methodology covering specification, implementation, design and test experience.
Familiar with layout extraction techniques, Layout aware design approach.
Knowledge of RF and EM simulators: Keysight design tools, Cadence design tools (Ansys HFSS is a plus).
Fluent in English language both oral and written.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams and can-do attitude.
Your Team
You will be part of an inspiring team of 30-50 people including RF IC architects, RF Design Engineers, Verification/modeling Engineers, Test & Product engineers & Quality engineers working across different sites. The location of this role can be either Caen, France or Nijmegen in The Netherlands.
