JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team in Germany. This multifaceted role involves responsibilities across our Finance, Personnel, Fleet Management, and General Administration departments and will be the main point of contact for employees and managers in all personnel matters. The successful candidate will be capable of managing a variety of tasks, including invoice processing, payroll administration, fleet management and be an expert in general administrative duties. This position requires proficiency in SAP and DATEV systems, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of tax and social security regulations. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong management of administrative tasks that are crucial for the smooth operation of the office
- Directly assisting in all matters relating to payroll in Germany, Austria and Czechia as well as being the contact for all matters relating to tax and social security queries
- Maintaining employee information including Personal Files, Vacation overview and overtime
- Oversee the accurate processing and retention of all inbound invoices
- End-to-end management of local fleet including company car regulations, leasing contracts and lease configuration portal
Experience Requirements:
- 3 years administrative experience or similar - preferably in capital equipment, manufacturing or high-tech industry
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Power-Point) is a must
- Must have working knowledge of SAP and DATEV system
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with little or no supervision
- Understanding of basic accounting principles is strongly preferred
- Highly organized and able to skillfully prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Make sense of ambiguity and able to work independently through these situations
