We are looking for a talented Training Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage equipment training schedules for employees and customers
- Learning Management System User Management – create and update employee profiles
- Manage training invitation and visa letters – coordinate with internal and external customers to gather information to draft invitation and visa letters
- Manage customer training systems – interface with external business partners and systems to update training requests and equipment schedules
- Global Trade Compliance Management – act as liaison between customer and Global Trade Compliance team to complete export violation search and validation
- Manage the commercial processes of the Global Training Center – create purchase requisitions, create training quotations, and process purchase orders
- Provide operational reports to Global Training Manager and other stakeholders (Global Trade Compliance & People Team)
- Manage customer training credits – receive credit information from Finance and Sales teams and update Global Training Center records
- Manage FSE certification records and on-the-job training results
- Participates with department manager in establishing and interpreting department goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. Participates in department business planning. Interfaces effectively with company personnel and customers
Qualifications:
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Exhibits accountability, analytical thinking and commitment to drive teams to meet business goals.
- Documented history in semiconductor industry and/or training department experience
- Critical thinking skills
- Planning and organization skills
- Business process creation & management experience
