As a Sr-level Digital Design Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative team developing high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits, including delta-sigma ADCs and DACs, amplifiers, DC/DC converters, and other circuitry in advanced CMOS processes. You will play a meaningful role in developing next-generation devices and ensuring that leading consumer electronics manufacturers can easily integrate our devices into their products.

Responsibilities- You will work in a collaborative environment to design and engineer digital design subsystems from architecture through tape-out
- You will model control loop feedback and signal processing algorithms using tools such as Matlab and Simulink
- You will convert digital subsystems into real-world final designs for integration into the final product
- As part of a team, you will support tape-out and post-silicon activities, including validation, characterization, and production test
- You will be responsible for the design, development, and Verilog RTL coding for a variety of digital IP blocks for high-performance mixed-signal ICs
Required Skills and Qualifications- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years or Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of proven professional experience in digital system design engineering
- Experience coding in Verilog RTL language
- Deep understanding of the digital design flow from architecture through RTL design, verification, and synthesis
- Understanding of control theory and discrete time, z-domain, and signal processing techniques
Preferred Skills and Qualifications- Solid understanding of high-level modeling tools like Simulink, Matlab, or similar
- Experience designing and verifying complex state machines that are incorporated into our mixed-signal designs
- Expertise in mixed-signal design, simulation, and verification
- Experience with back-end flow, including synthesis, place and route, and timing analysis
- Basic understanding of CMOS transistors
- Hands-on lab test/debug experience during pre and/or post-silicon validation with scopes, logic analyzers, in-circuit emulators, and other lab equipment
- Familiarity with FIR and IIR filter design
