Job Description:
-Perform Quality Assurance activities
oDefine QA Strategy as per ASPICE 3.1
oSupport and facilitate Project teams throughout the project lifecycle to achieve ASPICE 3.1.
oIdentify and track work product and process performance objectives.
oCoordinate and track software quality assurance activities.
oFacilitate in defining Project performance metrics.
oPerform Internal QA audit as per ASPICE 3.1 and IATF.
oEscalation of Non conformances.
oGenerate QA report and present to Management.
oFacilitate in Process implementation.
oPerform release and process performance reviews
oMentoring/Training to Project team
-Some Travel Required
Requirements/Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Preferred (or equivalent).
- 3-7 years of experience working on various standards like ASPICE, CMMI, IATF etc) in SW industries.
- Hands on Experience in implementing ASPICE 3.1 in projects.
- Fundamental understanding of quality philosophies principles, methods, tools, standards.
- Good knowledge Risk management, metrics analysis etc.
- High assertiveness, good facilitation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexible with travel
