Your Opportunity

This role is within our dynamic and growing Connectivity Systems Business Unit (CSBU) focused on Ultra Wideband (UWB), Bluetooth and Matter and will help shape the future of IoT connectivity!

SUMMARY:

As a Technical Marketing Manager you are responsible for marketing Qorvo’s full CSBU portfolio in China, comprising solutions for Matter, BLE and UWB.

In this capacity you will contribute directly to Qorvo's market success: not only do you play an instrumental role driving growth in key market segments & accounts, you will also actively shape Qorvo’s future solutions for the IoT. These solutions encompass everything our customers need to build innovative Smart Home, industrial IoT and mobile applications, from silicon to software and support tools.

You will be at the interface of the market and the diverse functional groups within the Business Unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Representing Qorvo CSBU products to customers in China.
• Drive new demand creation, design wins, and revenue for UWB, Matter and BLE.
• Ensure continued alignment between Qorvo solutions and the market: internally articulate current and future customer technology needs to deliver next generation IoT solutions that meet emerging needs for location, connectivity and security.
• Effectively position Qorvo’s hardware and software differentiators.
• Devise and execute on localized marketing strategies based on a deep understanding of the local IoT market landscape.
• Coordinate between customers, the Qorvo sales organization and the Applications Engineering team to ensure optimal customer support.
• Train, guide, motivate and provide the (extended) sales force with all necessary means to effectively sell Qorvo solutions.
• Broaden Qorvo’s customer base by continuously improving our solutions for scalability and increasing the visibility of Qorvo as a leading player in the IoT.
• Travel frequently to regional customers and build relationships with decision makers and key technical influencers.
• Build our marketing message through diverse channels including customer presentations,  industry events, online content.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong team player, ability to pro-actively coordinate across multiple teams and work towards solutions for our customers.
• Firm understanding of RF and embedded SW in wireless applications, preferably UWB, BLE, Thread in specific.
• 10+ years of marketing, embedded SW/HW development or applications support in a customer facing technical role.
• Master degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills towards customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in marketing techniques and concepts: market analysis, positioning, competitive analysis.
• Solution and ‘Value Proposition’ oriented, with focus to contribute to business growth.
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
