Responsibilities
•Serve as a resource and a coach
•Develop team-building exercises and workshops
•Recommend training and development systems
•Teach effective communication skills
•Develop and implement new training curriculum and onboarding modules
•Coordinate and facilitate both training modules and new hire orientation
•Assess training effectiveness following NEO or other training courses
•Local owner of Learning Management System (LMS)
•Improve training effectiveness through metric measurement and continuous improvement
•Learn and assimilate to our industry specific manufacturing environment
•Design, develop, and deliver training materials and specifications for courses
•Prepare lesson plans, work with engineering, technical support, and manufacturing to ensure course material addresses current needs
•Create or revise specification testing material
•Promote a safe working environment throughout the site
•Partner with process engineering or Subject Matter Expert (SME) to complete Fab spec recertification/refresher classes
•Design and deliver Refresher classes on topics such as EH & Safety, Cleanroom Protocols, SPC, Reticle Handling, and others; complete all homework preparations accordingly
