As a OMT TECHNOLOGY Process Integration Device Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for providing leadership to the param (WAT) performance maintain, CMOS related yield improvement, product quality improvement, new product introduction (NPI) through technical expertise, business process management and project execution.
In this position, you will participate in new technology node transfer and param problem solving, baseline electrical performance maintain, networking activities and definition of performance indices (metrics). As this is a generic job profile to define the job responsibility, your supervisors will communicate with you to define specific job profiles.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Lead the Device team in FAB to address all electrical problem trouble shooting, optimize process flow for CMOS performance which meeting yield improvement request.
- Maintain and enhance domain knowledge and technical expertise, explore innovation opportunities with strategic thinking and systematic approach.
- Maintain a strong and open relationship with peer group and managers in other functional areas within FAB and outside areas such as central team, Technical Design (TD, R&D), Product Engineering, Global Quality (GQ). Communicate and respond to issues in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate ability to give effective presentations to both small and large groups on project updates and new initiative proposals.
- Periodically follow up with manager to ensure all type of goals are met and get assistance to remove obstacles.
- Business travel is possible for face-to-face work with central team or other Fab peer groups.

Requirements
- Knowledge in Semiconductor Device Physics, CMOS process flows, and Fabrication. Understanding of DRAM or NAND operation and structure to decipher parametric, probe and backend data. The knowledge of interaction in different processes and how changes affect yield, device performance and reliability will be a plus.
- Ability of automatic system development for baseline maintain efficiency improvement is extra plus.
- Good data analysis, troubleshoot, problem solving, reporting and presentation skills.
- Good multi-tasking, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer/co-worker relationships. Successfully demonstrated teamwork skills with a strong focus on developing good team dynamics.
- Good organizational capabilities and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Electrical, Electronic, Microelectronics, Physics, Optical Electronic engineering, or related field of study
