Job Description:
- Strong programming skills preferably in Python
- Willingness to learn and adopt different programming languages
- Implement automation for existing tools and processes, wherever required.
- Enhance existing automation framework for unit testing and validation.
- Improve tools integration and operations.
- Support in QA work to help ensure quality.
- Create and maintain CI/CD workflows for the development, validation, and release of software components.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- BE/B-Tech degree with 3+ years of experience
- Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins and other environments.
- Experience in scripting languages for automation (Groovy, JavaScript, PowerShell, Unix/Linux Scripting, and Python).
- Experience in working with REST APIs and endpoints is required.
- Experience with XML, YAML and JSON data formats is required.
- Good knowledge in container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker is preferred.
- Knowledge of Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence tools will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in administrating cloud tools (Amazon EC2) will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on reviewing the release Quality for projects( preferred 10% of time).
- Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, conceptual and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose problems and come up with solutions.
