What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Support the team to plan and track projects and drive them to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure the definition and implementation of the agreed process and work models.
  • Manage priorities, bandwidth, and alignments across different stakeholders.
  • Track and report on project progress, performance, issues, and risks.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Work with the BU’s and business functions to prioritize engagements that matter.

What You’ll Need:
  • B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering, a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of industry experience, including EDA, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience, PMP certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
  • Experience organizing and communicating information.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with customer issues, engineering problems, and large-scale systems.
  • Strong verbal/written communication, leadership, and in-person collaborative skills.

Compensation and Benefits:The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $108,000-$162,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
