About the Team
This position reports to the Director of Global Compensation and partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other key stakeholders.  Through this collaboration, you will support Qorvo’s Compensation programs by providing analytical and administrative assistance.

 

About the Role

In this position, you will apply knowledge and understanding of the company’s Compensation programs, including pay systems/structures, market analyses, merit and variable pay processes, and other fundamentals.

 

What You Will Do

  • Leveraging your background in Compensation, you will:Compile, prepare, and share data for market analyses, benchmarking, data modeling, and other analysis
    Support annual reward cycles by working with HR Business Partners and other key business stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and Recruiters on compensation-related matters, including offers, promotions, and salary adjustments
  • Administer compensation-related compliance matters regarding FLSA, pay equity, and other areas; stay up to date on current legislation and compensation trends
  • Develop and maintain Compensation documentation and standardized processes, guidelines, policies, communication and training materials, and other shared documents
  • Manage the annual and off-cycle survey submission processes
  • Conduct data audits, such as: employee incentive targets, job designations, job code data, FLSA compliance, job level assignments, adherence to reward cycle guidelines, HRIS data loads, and other systematic data points
  • Identify and seek resolution to data issues; research root cause of inaccuracies; escalate issues as needed; create solutions to prevent future issues
  • Conduct job evaluations
  • Coordinate with international members of HR team and/or management, sometimes conducting early morning or late evening meetings
  • Act as project manager Compensation-team initiatives

 

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline
  • 2-4 years of Compensation experience required
  • Highly proficient in Excel, including utilizing formulas, models, vlookups, pivot tables, and designing or maintaining complex formulas
  • Detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills, and ability to interpret and apply data in meaningful ways
  • Strong project management and creative problem-solving skills to identify areas for process improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while working with sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to travel up to 5%

 

Top Candidates Will Also Possess

  • An advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • CCP certification or coursework a plus
  • Experience with International compensation programs
  • Experience with Success Factors and SAP

 

The preference is for this position to be located in our Greensboro, NC facility; we are also open to the possibility for this position to be located in our Richardson, TX or Hillsboro, OR facility.
