ADI’s legal team is growing in the Philippines! ADI is seeking a talented commercial attorney in the Philippines to support the Company’s business in negotiating complex commercial agreements with vendors, suppliers, customers, and other partners. These agreements may include master professional services agreements, memorandums of understanding, software licensing agreements (inbound and outbound), joint development agreements, master sales and purchase agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. Knowledge of general commercial agreement clauses is essential. Knowledge of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes and cost claims is also beneficial. In addition, you will be supporting and directly contributing to commercial team initiatives to enhance the delivery of legal services. You will also be tasked with staying up to date with industry trends, and regulatory developments, and changes in contract laws in the Philippines.
You will join a dynamic worldwide commercial team of legal professionals. This position will be based in Bonifacio, Philippines and will be part of a local in-house legal team in the Philippines to support ADI’s diverse, and growing operation which includes approximately 10,000 local employees in many functions, including manufacturing, support functions (like Payroll, Finance, Internal Audit, Global Trade Compliance, IT, HR), and engineering. This position will involve global support for operations around the world, and occasional international travel may be required.

Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Law degree and license to practice law from the Integrated Bar of the Philippines
- 7+ years of relevant experience supporting commercial matters, preferably with a combination of law firm and in house practice
- Strong drafting and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex issues, provide assessment of legal risks, and propose practical, business-minded solutions
- Self-driven, proactive, independent, and organized
- High performance standards, impeccable integrity, excellent judgment, well-honed analytical skills, positive attitude, and flexible
- High degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
- Ability to establish and develop relationships of trust and confidence; strong influencing and collaborating skills
