The Role
Our Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Test Engineering Intern to join our team in Hsinchu (Jubei). This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in product testing, quality assurance, and manufacturing engineering.

What you'll do
- Assist in the development and execution of ARM Server CPU characterization, bring up, maintenance and failure analysis from NPI to high volume production on ATE.
- Work with supply-chain partners and external vendors on test coverage, test hardware (WS, FT, SLT) debugging and test program implementation.
- Support the engineering team to analyze and automate the data processing.
- Assist in the low yield analysis and engineering debugging.
What You’ll Bring
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C/C++.
- Knowledge of semiconductor fundamentals and CMOS circuits.
- knowledge of statistical methods and process control.
- Written and verbal presentation skills in English.
- Able to work onsite in Hsinchu office for 3 to 5 working days per week.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study.
