Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Manage engineering lab with > $20million of semiconductor equipment
- Schedule and execute tool Preventative Maintenance schedules
- Maintain document with active tool configurations and status
- Coordinate tool repair activities
- Coordinate engineering and application engineering activities
- Assist in diagnosing tool issues and failures
- Help Remote Development (Clear tool alarms, reboot tools, find and load wafers)
- Drive Improvement Initiatives (Cameras in all tools, RFID tags on FOUPs, automated tests)
Qualifications
- Clear communication both written and verbal.
- Must work in Bloomington, MN facility 5 days per week.
- Aptitude to learn how to use complex equipment
- General PC and networking skills
- Electrical troubleshooting desirable (oscilloscope, multimeter, can read schematics)
- Experience with semiconductor capital equipment highly desirable
